Due to the weather is really bad at Eugene.Our group will create a new business to selling rain boots at Eugene, OR. Our company name will be Sunshine. we will also sell other rain stuff as well. in order to have a sufficient business plan, we separates our works into six parts:

• The market
• Competition
• Business Model/Financial projections
• Conclusion

we have four partners in our group. each of us will have in charge of one part. we also figure that The market will be the most imp0rtant and hard part. three members of us will responsible for it together.
